1. Introduction

These terms and conditions are binding on every UMKM Seller, Buyer, and other User when accessing and using the PasariaID platform services. PasariaID is a curated e-commerce platform connecting Indonesian UMKM products with international buyers.

2. Logistics Services

To support smooth product delivery to Buyers, PasariaID partners with professional logistics providers. All shipping processes, both domestic and international, are facilitated by logistics partners verified by PasariaID.\n\nBy using the shipping service through PasariaID, you automatically agree to and are bound by all terms and conditions applicable to our logistics partners.

3. Platform Use

PasariaID grants users a non-exclusive right to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential. You are prohibited from misusing the Platform for any illegal activities.

4. UMKM Obligations

UMKM sellers must ensure that product descriptions are accurate and that products are packaged securely according to shipping standards. UMKM must provide complete and correct recipient data, phone numbers, and addresses. If incorrect information causes damage, loss, delays, or additional costs, this is not the responsibility of PasariaID or its logistics partners.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price listed on the Platform. Buyers must contact the PasariaID admin to obtain a shipping estimate before completing a transaction. The admin will inform the total cost to be paid.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not accept shipments of illegal drugs, sharp weapons, gas-based perfumes, alcoholic beverages, animals, chemical liquids, cigarettes, cash, gold, stolen goods, or other items violating applicable law. Please consult through PasariaID first.

7. Refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched. If loss or damage occurs due to the logistics partner's negligence, a maximum of USD 100 will be compensated. Minimum refund claim is IDR 50,000. Refund requests must be submitted within 2×24 business hours.

8. Changes to Terms

PasariaID reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced via the Platform and become effective upon publication.
